1. Comprehensive inspection before installation

Check whether there is sediment, waste paper and other sundries in the sewage pipe; check whether the ground of the toilet installation position is level.

2. Determine the sewage outlet
On the base, use a self-provided hole opener with a diameter of 115mm to open the toilet sewage outlet, and the size of the opening position is 38*40cm.

3. Precise foot position
Determine the installation position of the foot screw at the bottom of the toilet, drill the installation hole with an impact electric drill, and pre-embed the plastic rubber sleeve of the expansion screw.

4. Make a good bottom seal
Install a special sealing ring on the sewage outlet of the toilet, or put a circle of glass glue (putty) or cement mortar around the sewage pipe, and the ratio of cement to sand is 1:3.

5. Shower head installation

(1) Generally speaking, the shower and faucet of the shower are installed and used together. The faucet is 70-80 cm from the ground, the height of the rain column is 1.1 meters, and the length of the joint between the faucet and the shower column is 10-20 cm. The height from the ground is 2.1-2.2 meters.

(2) Do not install the cold and hot water supply pipes backwards. In general, the left side facing the faucet is the hot water supply pipe, and the right side is the cold water supply pipe. After the installation is complete, remove the easily clogged accessories such as the bubbler and the shower, let the water flow out, completely remove the impurities, and then put them back.

(3) When disassembling the water inlet hose, do not wrap the sealing tape, do not use a wrench, just tighten it by hand, otherwise the hose will be damaged. For wall-mounted faucets, determine the exposed length of the elbow according to the needs, otherwise the elbow will expose too much of the wall, which will affect the appearance.

(4) For ordinary families, it is most affordable to choose a combined shower with hand shower, lifting rod, hose and surface-mounted wall-mounted shower faucet, which can be matched with a shower room or a bathtub.

(5) To install the height of the lifting pole, the height of the uppermost end should be 10 cm higher than the height of the person. The length of the shower hose varies from person to person. If you want to use the shower to flush the bathroom floor, you can choose a longer one.

6. Mobile shower room check the finish

Check whether each part is comfortable and smooth to use, and adjust it in time if any problem is found. After adjusting, tighten the corresponding screws to make the whole shower room stronger and avoid accidents during use.
